Abstract

A combined optical measuring program -KOMPASS- consisting of automatic fringe analysis and ray tracing optimization has been developed to determine optical system parameters like radius, thickness, refraction index, aspheric coefficients, tilts, and decentring of single elements of optical systems. The measuring procedure is verified by examples.
