Abstract
When super-resolution processing is applied to facial images, wrinkle and stains are emphasized, so super-resolution processing on skins part is not suitable. Therefore, in the previous study, we proposed a method to perform facial correction on skin parts. However, we confirmed that there was a problem that image quality deteriorated according to the skin color detection accuracy. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a novel skin color detection method and an experimental result demonstrates that a high quality super-resolution image is obtained for a facial image.
