Abstract
The traditional laser semi-active seeker usually adopts the scheme of single lens plus four-quadrant detector. In this paper, the design scheme of four independent distributed optical systems plus unit detector is adopted. the overall scheme of the seeker detection system is analyzed; the position solution method is analyzed, and the best spot size is selected through calculation; the optical system is also designed, the rationality of the design is verified by ZEMAX image quality evaluation; the base structure is designed, and the base is simulated by ANSYS Workbench to ensure that its deformation is within the error range under the condition of large overload; finally, an experimental platform is built to calibrate the zero position of the designed prototype, and then the angle measurement ability of pitch direction and yaw direction is tested. It is verified that the system has a linear field of view of 10° and the angle measurement error is within 0.1°, which meets the design requirements.
