Abstract
The definition, advantages, domestic development status of low-floor vehicles and the difference between the gauges of low-floor vehicles and subway vehicles are briefly described. The main composition, marshalling form and basic characteristics of bogies of 100% low-floor vehicles are demonstrated. The gauge calculation method provided by the CJJ/96 standard is appropriately modified for use in low-floor vehicles, and the calculation formulas for the same direction and the reverse direction of the lateral movement and roll of the vehicle body are respectively discussed. A program is written to calculate the displacement, and then the result is converted into the gauge of the vehicle. The validity of the formula is verified.
