Abstract
With the continuous advancement of Internet construction, the scale of enterprise communication synchronous optical transmission network continues to expand and the network structure is becoming increasingly complex. There have been problems such as reliability, reduced survivability, and difficulty in adapting to development needs for operation and maintenance management that only relies on personal experience and theoretical analysis. This paper designs a routing weight function for the joint balance of risk and load, and proposes a network service routing planning algorithm that integrates multiple constraints based on reinforcement learning Q-Learning. Experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which can reduce the congestion rate and network business risks in the context of balancing network risks and load flows. It can realize the business routing planning and simulation prototype system of enterprise communication.
