Abstract
In order to adapt to the new changes in the network era, to solve the problems of the high cost of navigation radar equipment, the high cost of navigation teaching and training and maintenance, and to adapt to the grid and decentralized learning habits of Modern Society, a mobile device system based on a maritime radar simulator is required. FURUNO radar is widely used in ships due to its stable quality and low price. This paper takes the mainstream FURUNO FAR- 2827 radar as the research object, designs and develops a set of navigation radar simulation training system based on Android system. Based on the Douglas-Peucker algorithm, the coastline data is simplified, and the circular scanning method is used to simulate the radar image, and the coastline echo is generated by using the scanning line and the coastline intersection algorithm.
