Abstract
Turbo code is a channel coding and decoding technology approaching Shannon limit. As a low complexity Max-Log-MAP (MLMAP) decoding algorithm, it is widely used in industry. At low SNR, the decoding performance of MLMAP algorithm of Turbo code is relatively poor, so it needs to be improved. The work of this paper improves the original decoding optimization algorithm of MLMAP algorithm, and proposes MLMAP-DSF algorithm. The optimal parameters of the algorithm are obtained through a large number of simulation experiments. The decoding performance simulation shows that MLMAP-DSF algorithm can improve the decoding performance of the original algorithm by about 0.6dB.
