Abstract
The multiphase flow transient model is used to calculate the change of the flow medium parameters along the pipeline aiming at the characteristics of high sulfur content and easy corrosion and perforation of the associated gas pipeline in oilfield A, and the Apriori association rule mining algorithm is used to determine the correlation between the flow medium parameters and the corrosion rate. Three corrosion degree judgment plates are established respectively for liquid velocity -liquid holdup, temperature-PCO2/PH2S and liquid velocity -PCO2/PH2S, and the plates are verified by on-site pipelines. The research result shows that the corrosion degree of the pipeline is consistent with the corrosion degree found by using the three kinds of plates. So the plates in this paper can be used to judge the corrosion degree of pipeline.
