Abstract
As a new board independent from the main board market of the stock exchange, the Science and Technology Innovation Board with registration system is of great significance in improving the basic system of the capital market in China. China's IPO underpricing phenomenon in the stock market plate is very prominent, but rare research has been done in studying the phenomenon of IPO underpricing in science and technology innovation board.
