Abstract
At present, there are many theory analysis on the cat eye characteristics of different targets, but the experiment for cat eye characteristics measurement of dynamic sky target has not been reported. In order to validate the feasibility of the detection of the cat eye effect of the sky target through active laser, an experiment for cat eye characteristics measurement of sky target is designed and put into practice. Firstly, based on the theory analysis of the cat eye characteristics of the sky target, a scheme of the experiment for cat eye characteristics measurement is designed. Then the main technology difficulties of the experiment and correspondingly resolving methods are brought forward, and the experiment is put into practice through the flow. Finally, a cat eye characteristics index is brought forward to analyse the measurement data, which can give a suitable evaluation to the implementation of the experiment. The experiment result indicates that the detection of the cat eye effect of the sky target through active laser is feasible.
