Abstract
Shuikou Township, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province is selected as the research area, and the rural non-use value of Shuikou Township, Huzhou City in 2022 is quantitatively studied by using the open double boundary dichotomy Conditional Value Method (CVM) and the Willingness To Pay (WTP) survey. The research results show that: 1) in 2022, the average willingness to pay value of the rural nature of the tourist destination is 82.74 yuan / person without considering other explanatory variables. After taking into account some explanatory variables such as personal social and economic attributes, the average willingness to pay value is 90.91 yuan / person, of which existential value and choice value are the main forms; 2) the potential value of the rural nature is huge, and the protection of the rural nature is very important to the rural tourism of Shuikou Township, which should attract the attention of rural tourism operators.
