Abstract

In the background of the era of big data, patents carry a large amount of important information, and the analysis and mining of patent data information is conducive to technological progress and development. With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection in the world, electric vehicles have developed unprecedentedly. In this paper using the 1976-2020 Derwent patent database of electric vehicle patent data, combined with the relevant theory and method of patent measurement, respectively from the industry development trend, patent high yield institution distribution, patent regional distribution, hot technology distribution and the main patent holder cooperation network perspective, analyzes the general situation of global electric vehicle industry development. To provide a reference for promoting the technological innovation and further development of the electric vehicle industry.
