Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, the demand for urban freight has grown rapidly. However, the space for improving the transportation capacity of urban road infrastructure is limited, while the urban rail transit network has redundant capacity during peak periods. Under this background, this paper proposes a subway passenger and freight co-transportation mode based on collinear separation, that is, freight trains and passenger trains can be transported on the same line and staggered. Specifically, under the premise of ensuring no passengers are stranded, the dynamic loading and unloading process of cargo demand on the platform under the condition of first come, first service is embedded, as well as the interactive relationship between dynamic passenger flow and passenger trains, such that a mathematical optimization model is proposed with the optimization objective of minimizing the delay of cargo demand. Taking Beijing Yizhuang Line as an example, a set of numerical experiments are designed. The experimental results show that the co-transportation mode of passengers and freight can be completed simultaneously by using the capacity of urban rail transit lines, and the service level of passenger transportation and the timeliness of freight transportation can be ensured. It provides theoretical support for the improvement of the overall benefit of the urban logistics system.
