Abstract
In order to solve the problem of pressure relief and anti-scouring faced by the empty wide coal pillar in the 21105 works of Hulusu Coal Mine, the ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting seam pressure relief and anti-scouring technology was proposed, the principle of cutting pressure relief and anti-scouring was expounded, and the KFSL100-113 type water jet crawler was determined to be used. A coal seam slotting device was used to investigate the effect of slotting pressure relief. The research determines that the optimal kerf drilling depth is 25m, the kerf radius is 1.3m, the kerf pressure relief drilling spacing is 3m, the kerf pressure is 85MPa, and the single-knife kerf time is 7-10min. The industrial application of pressure relief in the open-space wide coal pillar cutting slot was carried out, and the stress and microseismic monitoring methods were used to investigate the pressure relief effect in the slot area. The stress at the base point is 19.61% and 18.77% lower than that in the area where no measures have been taken, respectively; although the number of microseisms has increased in the hydraulic kerf pressure relief area, the large-energy events have decreased significantly; the daily average energy in the kerf borehole pressure relief area is larger. The borehole pressure relief area is reduced by 45.4%, the daily total energy is reduced by 44%, and the daily maximum energy is reduced by 51%. Ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting can effectively reduce the stress concentration of the coal pillar and reduce the risk of coal pillar impact.
