Abstract
This paper focuses on the related problems of the test accuracy, test efficiency and test automation of the no-load flow characteristics of the servo valve in the static test process and studies the key technology and test scheme of the test system. A measurement and control system based on LabVIEW software is designed, and a double closed-loop voltage stabilization control scheme of flow and pressure is proposed, which improves the test accuracy and efficiency.
