Abstract
Based on fuzzy mathematics, the safety evaluation of the whole process of C919 single flight test is carried out, and the evaluation indicators and assignment rules are determined on the basis of civil aviation industry standards and domestic and international test flight risk research. This study conducts a comprehensive evaluation from four aspects of "human, plane, environment and flight test content". Under the premise principles of comparability, scientificity, unity and practicability, this test flight evaluation is achieved based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with full consideration of safety factors and finally a single test flight safety level was obtained with good evaluation results.
