Abstract
In this paper, the ratio of non-fossil energy consumption is determined, and the case of energy transformation is analysed according to "double-carbon" goal restriction, and the system combination is also discussed. On the basis of the dynamic coupling of power supply structure and energy structure, this paper derives the process of decarbonization of power system by using the ratio of non-fossil energy. Based on this, the paper further divides the power supply structure into three phases, and puts forward the strategy of "Three Steps" to construct a new electric power system.
