Abstract
In this paper, based on the principle of penalty function algorithm, combined with the gas-steam ejection classic launch internal ballistics model, the water depth and ambient temperature were selected as decision variables, the carrier velocity out of the cylinder as the objective function, to design an improved penalty function algorithm, so as to obtain the optimal parameter configuration of launch internal ballistic performance. Besides, the gas-steam launching interior ballistics calculation software is designed, and a certain type of carrier is selected to complete the launching interior ballistics analysis, proving the feasibility of the application of the improved penalty function algorithm in the launching interior ballistics technology. The calculation software of gas-steam launch interior trajectory was compiled, and a carrier was selected as an example to carry out the optimization calculation of launch interior trajectory. Through the analysis of the optimization results, it is proved that the improved penalty function algorithm can greatly improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle of the products under development and new development under the premise of satisfying the calculation accuracy of the launch interior trajectory.
