Abstract
Energy storage projects have a broad application background in the electric power system due to their particularity of separating the production and consumption of electric energy from time and space. As one of the key technologies to support a high proportion of renewable energy system, the scientific evaluation method is an important basis to measure its value. This paper constructs a planning model of energy storage project based on multi-dimensional value power generation enterprises. The method model first selects primary indexes from economy, reliability and green development; then screens and reduces the redundant indexes based on the variation characteristics and collaborative coupling degree between indexes; constructs intuitive judgment matrix, calculates the comprehensive weight coefficient; and finally calculates the system value of different energy storage configuration schemes. The maximum system value is the best energy storage project planning and configuration scheme.
