Abstract
Combining with the current construction of Chinese electric power market, this paper puts forward the system structure model of virtual power plant based on balance control unit, then designs the customization construction mechanism of virtual power plant based on transaction, and realizes the customization of virtual power plant with internal resources aggregation according to the external contract requirements. Finally, the internal and external game mechanism of virtual power plant is analyzed. Through the master-slave game process between VPPO and BCUs, the local trading price is constantly updated, and the game equilibrium is finally reached, and the equilibrium between the overall benefit of VPPO and the benefit of BCU is realized.
