Abstract
Due to the poor operation conditions of the offshore oil cluster power grid and the increase of control variables, the difficulty of dispatching control is increased, and there are problems of poor dispatching effect and low efficiency. For this reason, a fast power dispatching method for offshore oil group power grid considering the control resource dimension is proposed. Analyze the control resource dimension, use EMD method to decompose the power time series of offshore oil group power grid, and extract the characteristic components. The power flow calculation is used to judge the current working status of the offshore oil group power grid, determine the power dispatching amount, and predict the power of the offshore oil group power grid. On this basis, taking into account the three control resource dimensions of wind power, energy storage and thermal power, a fast power dispatching model for offshore oil cluster power grid is constructed. The experimental results show that the power dispatching effect of the proposed method is good and can effectively improve the power dispatching efficiency of the offshore oil group power grid.
