Abstract
In recent years, China's new power system has been connected to large-scale uncontrollable new energy sources, and its unstable power output and the increasing power load year by year have led to a more severe power supply and demand situation during peak hours. To meet the peak load demand, we design an energy-use right product for peak hours, which aggregates the power generation resources not included in the electricity market and the idle demand-side resources, and design a dual-objective supply-demand matching optimization model for the supply side. In this paper, we simulate the spot market trading of energy-use rights products in the current electricity trading spot market context. The results show that the model can balance the benefits of the energy supply side and the transaction scale of energy-use rights products, attracting unused energy supply side resources to participate in the market to bring into play the vitality of peak regulation while trading all idle resources as much as possible, to alleviate the tension of electricity consumption during peak hours to the greatest extent.
