Abstract
A novel distribution system flexibility interval evaluation method considering random characteristics is proposed to address the issue of traditional distribution system flexibility evaluation methods being difficult to apply to new distribution systems with diverse flexible resource integration. Firstly, the uncertainty of new energy output and load was modeled through interval arithmetic and a scenario of flexibility demand uncertainty was generated; Secondly, the flexibility evaluation indicators for the distribution system with multiple flexible resource access and the active supply state evaluation model for flexible resource flexibility have been improved; Finally, the proposed evaluation method was validated through measured data of a distribution system in a certain region.
