Abstract
In the process of five-axis machine tool processing, we will find an extreme phenomenon of excessive error. In view of this phenomenon, we propose a solution in this article to solve this problem. Firstly, this paper takes the most commonly used a-c two-turntable five-axis cnc machine tool in the market as an example to illustrate; Then, the special area with large error can be avoided by changing the tool angle.; Finally, perform a check calculation, extract the error value that is still large, and then perform interpolation processing. This will solve the problem
