Abstract
In this paper, the main causes of polylactic acid (PLA)straw macular quality problems were analyzed, and the optimization scheme of PLA straw production process for improving macular was proposed, and found that the main factors of macular formation in straw production are cleaning frequency, mold head temperature, mold outer ring size and mold material. The test results show that: The more cleaning frequency, the smaller the number of macular production; The optimum production temperature of die head is 195℃; and the optimum size of die mouth outer ring is 26mm; The best mold material is Peek material.
