Abstract
In order to further solve the existing problems in the field of mechanical processing, taking the processing of the drive axle housing part of a truck as an actual case in this study, a numerical control processing method based on a flexible production line is established, and the actual processing of the part is studied. In the research process, starting from the production line equipment, fixtures, etc., the flexible processing scheme of the production line is designed, and the key processes of turning, grinding and welding in the processing process are mainly studied. Through the analysis and research results, it can be seen that the operation of the flexible production line designed this time is better. It also has certain reference significance for the follow-up work.
