Abstract
In this paper, the reasons for the failure of the nose landing gear alternate extension of an aircraft are analyzed, the nose landing gear door mechanism is optimized according to the fault reasons, and a feasible solution is provided. The dynamic retraction and extension simulation model of the optimized mechanism is established, and the simulation analysis of alternate extension under different speed conditions is carried out. The analysis shows that the optimized mechanism can successfully realize the alternate extension function of the nose landing gear.
