Abstract
In light of enriching data format and computing methodology, the distributed controls system’s expansion its functionality to stream computing makes it possible for steam data well expressed play an important role within close-loop control for the plant overall optimal operation and management. Those long-term data, such as water consumption, metal lifetime consumption and extension etc., figures out the online way of deployment and stream computing. This paper presents the methodology of stream data retrieval, transmission, storage and rebuild, as well as the stream computing based upon control logic configuration. Typical applications with missions to boiler metal lifetime extension management and hydropower turbine water saving are introduced, along with their designated apparatus working collaboratively with on-site distributed process units.
