Abstract
Relying on the Jinan Daxihuan Yellow River Grand Bridge project, according to the working conditions and equipment distribution on the construction site, solve the remote communication problem of beam bottom suspension beam transportation equipment, establish a wireless communication network for beam bottom suspension beam transportation based on WLAN technology, and conduct analysis and research on equipment networking technology. Based on the mathematical model of antenna radiation field, this paper selects communication antennas through simulation, selects reasonable hardware through parameter calculation, and builds a WLAN system. Using Matlab to visually simulate the wireless signal coverage for analysis, analyzes the optimal communication orientation of the antenna in on-site testing, conducts debugging and communication interference optimization for WLAN, and improves the stability of LAN communication. The experimental results show that the WLAN communication delay reaches a minimum of 6ms without packet loss, which proves that the beam bottom suspension beam transportation communication network is feasible in field application, provide reference for technical research and application in related fields.
