Abstract
In the process of target surveillance and imaging, it is necessary to be able to observe the target for a long time and with high resolution, so as to obtain and record more target details. However, due to the size limitation of the imaging device, the field of view and resolution of the current imaging system are mutually restricted, and it is impossible to simultaneously perform wide range search and high-resolution observation of the target. In this paper, a coaxial multi focal plane cooperative imaging device is designed and manufactured. Through light splitter and focal plane combination, imaging device has the ability to simultaneously search for wide field of view targets and high-resolution targets surveillance. In addition, the two focal plane images of this device are obtained along the same optical axis, which provides convenient conditions for target tracking and ensures the tracking effect.
