Abstract
In order to solve the problem that computer software system often makes mistakes in disease coding, this paper puts forward an error analysis method of disease coding in computer software system. Firstly, a vocabulary database based on the third volume of ICD-10 is established, and the clinical diagnosis name and disease code checking rules are analyzed. Using the method of case analysis, this paper analyzes various factors leading to disease coding errors; Further induction and analysis, find the path of error correction. Accurate coding of diseases depends on the joint efforts of clinicians and medical staff in coding and standardized management, which has a great impact on diseases through accurate medical records.
