Abstract
Charge-coupled device (CCD) spectrometers are commonly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances. In order to reduce the influence of spectral signal noise on qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances, a hardware architecture of multilayer wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on FPGA is designed. The folded multi-level architecture is adopted to realize the flexible selection of wavelet lifting scheme and wavelet decomposition layer number. In addition, the threshold processing hardware structure and wavelet decomposition structure are optimized. Experiments show that the proposed hardware architecture can realize the denoising of spectrum signals, and the hardware architecture is superior to the existing architecture in the utilization of DSP resources.
