Abstract
One-bit compressed sensing (CS) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging greatly reduces the hardware cost of SAR systems and has great technical advantages, but one-bit CS SAR imaging algorithms face the problem of poor performance at a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). This paper applies the deep unfolding idea to the binary iterative hard thresholding (BIHT) algorithm and introduces the threshold parameter to propose the DeepBIHT-net network. Experiments are conducted to verify that the proposed method can effectively improve the reconstruction performance at low SNR.
