Abstract
In order to further improve performance of the green light flashbang agent, different content nano CuO were introduced into system by wet mixing method, and the effects of nano CuO on thermal performance, impact sensitivity and other performance effects were studied. The SEM testing results show that the wet mixing method is feasible; when the nano CuO content is 4%, the combustion performance of the sample achieves the pole value; the DSC-TG curves indicate that the addition of the nano CuO has a more obvious effect on the thermal decomposition temperature of the system, which can effectively improve the response speed and effect of the agent; the impact sensitivity testing result shows that the H50 value of the sample with the increase of the nano CuO content continues to rise, rising from 40.2 cm to 57.9 cm, which indicates that the use of nano CuO has a significant effect on reducing the impact sensitivity of green light flashbang agent.
