Abstract
Hydraulic spring mechanism is widely used in high pressure, ultra-high pressure switch field. During the operation and maintenance of HMB-8 circuit breaker hydraulic spring mechanism, the hydraulic spring mechanism will be frequently pressed. This paper studies the mechanism of the hydraulic spring mechanism of circuit breaker frequently pressed and leaked fault in UHV equipment. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the failure mechanism, including system characteristics and spring seal failure mechanism, is revealed. The accuracy of the mechanism study is verified by setting up a test model and conducting field tests. This study provides an important reference for the stable operation and maintenance of UHV equipment.
