Abstract
The carrier plate is an important part of the lifting mechanism of the single-car stereo garage. On the premise of meeting the requirements of usage, the lightweight design of the cargo plate is the key to reducing the production cost of the garage and improving operation stability. Therefore, a lightweight design scheme of the cargo plate is put forward. After topological optimisation, static analysis is carried out on the newly built model under the same conditions. Through comparison, the optimised cargo plate can meet the usage requirements. It also reduced weight by 81.44%.
