In recent years, with the increasing scale and types of expressway electromechanical equipment, the operating status of these devices has become a key factor in the dynamic management of expressway traffic. To address the health status of these operating devices, this study constructs a health indicator system for expressway electromechanical equipment and proposes a fuzzy statistical evaluation method based on hierarchical indicator weighting. The method was evaluated and analyzed using the actual operating history data of the electromechanical equipment on the Zibo section of the Qingyin Expressway (G20). This research provides a technical reference for the precise and scientific management of the operating status of expressway electromechanical equipment.
