Abstract
With the development of information technology, BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry. In comparison to BIM3D technology, BIM5D technology integrates cost information and progress information. Through the dynamic simulation of the construction management process, the efficiency of the construction management process is improved. This paper takes residential building as the research object, uses BIM5D technology to study the dynamic management of its building construction, and combines the Internet plus technology to conduct unified management of building construction. The results show that BIM5D technology brings together all stages and links in the construction process to form an intelligent shared platform, which effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of construction projects.
