Abstract
Aiming at the moving-coil permanent magnet synchronous linear motors currently used in the wired power supply and sliding contact power supply mode there are some wear and tear, carbon and sparks and thus limit the service life of linear motors as well as the scene of the problem, the use of ANSYS software design a wireless power supply type of removable transformers. Firstly, the magnetoresistive principle equivalent diagram of the removable transformer was established to analyze its working principle, and based on the simulation model of this removable transformer, the influence of the air gap on the no-load output voltage and no-load current of the removable transformer was investigated. Secondly, the effect of the dynamic stator length ratio on the output performance of the removable transformer is verified by simulation, and the best output performance is obtained when the dynamic stator length ratio is around 0.25 per unit volume. Finally, by increasing the teeth at the end of the contact surface, the output performance when per unit volume is effectively increased, which provides a reference for further optimization of the output performance of the removable transformer.
