Abstract
An implemented system to evaluate the deformations that a CD under thermal loads undergoes is described, and the developed software of evaluation is discussed. Interferograms obtained for each deformation state are showed and the graphs of deformation like relief maps, with the height of the deformations codified in color code, too.
