Abstract
The space-based information system (SBIS), as one part of the national space security systems, is also a core factor to dominate a War. This paper firstly presented the composition of the SBIS, and then discussed the development trend and application of the overseas SBIS. Finally, the paper proposed the countermeasures to develop the national SBIS according to the experience and inspiration.
