I can no longer download articles via my Personal Subscription.

Once your subscription expires, whether you've used up your downloads or your subscription term is over, you will not be able to download any additional articles until your renewal is processed.

Subscribers will receive e-mail notices and reminders advising of low or exhausted download balances or pending subscription expirations. These e-mails are designed to allow you to renew your subscription before it expires and avoid any loss of service.

The object when choosing a password is to make it as difficult as possible for a hacker/cracker to make educated guesses about what you've chosen. This leaves hackers/crackers no alternative but a brute-force search, trying every possible combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation. more »

I lost my password.

In the event that you've forgotten your password, you can call 1-800-874-6383 (U.S. and Canada) or 1-516-576-2664 (other locations) to have your password reset [have your username (login ID) and Digital Library Membership Number ready when you call]. You will be assigned a new password and will receive instructions on how to change your password when you access the system. more »
