Profile Summary

Hossein Fathi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Solid State Physics from Zanjan University, Iran, in 2010. Subsequently, he pursued a Master of Science degree in Optics from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS), Zanjan, Iran, in 2013. Currently, he is actively engaged in his doctoral studies at Tampere University, Finland, where he is actively participating in the European Horizon project known as PULSE. His primary research interests revolve around fiber lasers, coherent beam combining of multiple lasers, and optical vortices. He has nine years of working experience with high-power fiber laser systems.
