Example of the N2+ molecular bands luminosity pulsations photometric registration at the SAR arc latitudes at the Yakutsk meridian are considered. It is shown that the pulsations have a close connection with the diffuse aurora and the red arc dynamics. Thus, the rise and fall of the 427.8 nm background emission is associated with the brightness and attenuation of the diffuse aurora. The beginning and end of the pulsating variations, synchronously with the beginning of the SAR arc formation and disappearance. It is supposed that the observed variations in the intensity of luminescence reflect the pulsating precipitation of energetic particles of a ring current from the region of the outer plasmasphere.
