Abstract
Land trip generation rate is an important parameter in the traffic planning field. To improve the evaluation accuracy of land trip generation rate, mobile phone signaling data is processed with an equal time interval algorithm to improve the accuracy of location information of individual users. By applying a stagnation point oscillation algorithm, hierarchical clustering analysis is conducted to extract information on individual OD chains. Based on this, the land trip generation rates under different land properties during peak hours are evaluated by space coupling and combining urban land use information databases. It can be summarized that the equal time interval algorithm and stagnation point oscillation algorithm can solve the time window problem and improve the accuracy of extracting users’ OD information. With this method, the evaluation accuracy rate of the land trip generation rate reaches 0.818, providing an effective reference for traffic planning.
