Abstract
Based on the TC9400V/F conversion chip, a moisture detection system for grain dryers is designed. The system is based on the CC2530 chip to build the ZigBee coordinator and the wireless radio frequency module of the terminal node. Converted grain moisture content into pulse signal output by TC9400 capacitive sensor module. The coordinator receives the frequency data collected by the terminal node. At the same time, a PT100 temperature measurement module is added to compensate the system temperature. After the coordinator processes the data, the grain moisture and temperature values will be sent to the host computer by the RS-485 circuit, and finally realizes the wireless detection function of grain moisture. The test shows that the error of the moisture content measured by this system is within 0.5%, which fully meets the requirements of using.
