Abstract
This paper introduces the composition and relevant test functions of comprehensive test bench for passive hydraulic brake caliper for subway. The comprehensive test bench for passive hydraulic brake caliper for subway has the functions of collecting and processing various types of data and can easily generate various data reports. The test bench can complete the action test, output force test, impact vibration test and action fatigue test of passive hydraulic brake clamp for subway. In this paper, according to the supply technical requirements of hydraulic brake clamp, the test scheme is developed, and the test bench is simulated and verified based on AMESim.
