Abstract
With the formation of a general consumerist leisure culture in society, inland river tourism provides a good choice to meet the needs of post-modern tourists seeking unique manifestations. As the carrier of this kind of tourism, tourism ships are the primary prerequisite and important guarantee for the safety. Starting from the safety monitoring of inland river tourism ship equipment and navigation, this paper studies and puts forward the top-level design of the intelligent safety real-time monitoring technology framework of inland river tourism ship. The real-time monitoring of shipboard, the data transmission and synchronization strategy of ship and shore, and the frame structure of shore monitoring are designed in detail. Based on intelligent real-time monitoring of equipment failures and navigation safety risks of inland river tourism ships, it can effectively ensure the navigation safety and reduce navigation accidents.
