Spectral accuracy is a key technical element of field hyperspectral detection. In order to meet the spectral drift and accuracy detection requirements of the field spectrometer during the mobile and long-term measurements, the research of the field spectral calibration technology based on the portable calibration light source is carried out. The light through a halogen tungsten lamp and lenses is focused on the standard material with characteristic absorption wavelength, which has 14 characteristic absorption peaks at 400-2500nm, and the wavelength accuracy is less than 0.5nm. According to the wavelength distribution curve collected by the field spectrometer, using Gaussian and polynomial fitting, the spectral calibration and detection results can be obtained. The relative deviation with the mercury lamp spectral line is less than 1nm, which verifies the applicability and accuracy of the method. The research can be used for the fast spectral calibration from 400nm to 2500nm during the field hyperspectral measurements, which can improve hyperspectral detection accuracy and efficiency.
