Abstract
In view of the utilization rate of emergency volunteer service personnel caused by dynamic tasks, this paper adopts the discrete event modeling method of Anylogic, and uses the queuing theory model to evaluate the single team service and comprehensive team service. It simulates the personnel service model facing dynamic task requirements, considering the task frequency and personnel requirements, proposes two service schemes, and carries out simulation analysis. The model can optimize the number and utilization of personnel in the team and expand to different personnel positions and ability levels. It is simple and easy to use, thus providing scientific basis and auxiliary decision-making for the development of emergency volunteer services and personnel needs.
